Danielle Parmenter

Owner and Instructor

Danielle is the owner and head instructor of Come Fly With Me Aerials. Her aerial journey began in 2013 with pole dancing; in a search to find a fun and challenging way to stay active. In 2016, she tried aerial hoop and instantly fell in love. A year later, she began competing and then started exploring new apparatuses, including hammock and her favourite custom creation, the infinity lyra. During the Covid lockdowns, Danielle set up her own rig at home, continued training and started strength training with her personal trainer, Montana from Off Tap Fitness. This not only built her confidence and skill but also inspired her to start coaching and eventually open Come Fly With Me Aerials in 2021. Since then, she’s loved sharing her passion for aerials with both adults and children, helping others experience the same joy and empowerment she found through movement.

Starting later in life with no athletic background, Danielle understands the challenges many students face; whether it’s coordination, strength or confidence. Her supportive coaching style focuses on encouragement, celebrating every win (big or small) and helping students of all abilities discover their own strength and joy in movement.

Jack Parmenter

Chief Safety Officer and Mascot

Jack is the Chief Safety Officer and official Mascot of Come Fly With Me Aerials. He joined the team at the end of 2022 as a “temporary employee” (foster dog) but quickly secured himself a permanent position (adopted) at the beginning of 2023. Since then, Jack (also known as Jack Jack or Jackie) has truly grown into his roles and takes the safety of both students and instructor very seriously.

You’ll often find him supervising sessions from the best vantage point in the studio, keeping a watchful eye on everything from warm-ups to cool-downs. While his qualifications may include naps, tail wags and the occasional morale-boosting cheer, Jack plays an important part in creating a calm, welcoming and supportive environment. Whether he’s greeting you at the door or quietly overseeing your progress, Jack is always there to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable and right at home.
