  • Our small group classes (both aerial and ground based) are designed to give you the best of both worlds; the energy of a class with the personalised attention of a private session.

    With a maximum of just 5 people per class, you’ll receive hands-on guidance, tailored progressions and the time and space to build strength, confidence and technique safely.

    Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, each class is adapted to your level so you can move at your own pace while still feeling supported and challenged.

    This is not a “follow-along and hope for the best” kind of class—expect real coaching, real progress and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

  • Personalised 1:1 coaching tailored to your goals, level, and chosen apparatus. Perfect for accelerating progress, refining technique, building strength, or working toward specific skills in a supportive, focused environment.

  • Train with friends while still receiving personalised coaching tailored to your individual goals and level. Perfect for building strength, refining technique and progressing your skills with the added fun and motivation of training buddies.

  • Independent training time with access to equipment in a safe, supervised space. Ideal for consolidating skills, building confidence and getting extra practice outside of structured classes. This class is for experienced students only. You can also train with a friend and share the session.

  • A tailored session to support your training on and off the apparatus. Options include Pilates, barre, mobility/flexibility or costume sewing. Designed to build strength, improve movement or develop skills that complement your aerial journey.
